At the meeting between the director of the State Archives, Dr. Emil Krsteski, and the director of the PDINM fund, Biljana Jovanovska, held on June 30, 2021, which was attended by the State Advisor, Saso Jankulovski, MA, it was jointly agreed to intensify cooperation and soon these two institutions to sign a Memorandum for cooperation, which is expected to overcome some long-standing problems and issues related to the realization of the rights of our citizens in the field of pension and disability insurance.
The purpose of this meeting and cooperation is to speed up and simplify the procedure for the realization of the right of pension of the citizens of our country. With the handover of the personal documentation of companies in bankruptcy and liquidation from the depots of the State Archives to the PDINM fund, the data in the records for the citizens who initiated a procedure for acquiring the right to a pension will be completed. With that, it will facilitate the procedure for obtaining data contained in the application M4 and will significantly reduce the duration of the procedure and the costs of citizens.
By handing over this personal documentation to the PDINM fund, which is a documentary material with a shelf life of 45 years, the State Archives will receive new free space in its depots for receiving new archival material from public holders (Government, Parliament, Ministries, local self-government and other state bodies).
