At the NATO headquarters in Brussels, a meeting of the Alliance's Archives Committee is taking place, attended by a delegation from the State Archives, Mr. Hrista Najdanov, Director of the State Archives, along with representatives from other NATO member countries, had the opportunity to discuss procedures for classification, declassification, and accessibility of archival documents resulting from Alliance activities at this event. The main focus of this session of the NATO Archives Committee was on the protection of personal data, digitization, metadata, as well as new technologies and artificial intelligence.
During the meeting, Mr. Hrista Najdanov also had a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to NATO, Dr. Dane Taleski.
