The provisions of this Rulebook have been adopted according to world standards (ISAD and ISAAR) and according to world archival experiences.<\/p><p>This standard defines the following activities:<\/p><ul><li>Supervision of the archive material outside DARSM, i.e. at the holders of documentary and archive material.<\/li><li>Pr\u0435servation of archival material by holders<\/li><li>Inspection and expert supervision of the condition of the documentary and archive material kept at the holders<\/li><li>Providing professional assistance related to office and archival work<\/li><li>Acquisition, storage and preservation of archival material<\/li><li>Arranging and processing of archive material<\/li><li>Valorization, arrangement and processing of archival fonds and collections<\/li><li>Publishing archival material for arranging and processing or for use for scientific purposes<\/li><li>Providing physical - technical and microclimate protection of the archive material<\/li><li>Preservation of archival material by microimaging<\/li><li>Research and recording of archive material in the country and abroad for the purpose of completing the DARSM fonds<\/li><li>Presentation of archival material, organization of lectures and other forms of cultural and educational activity<\/li><li>Publishing collections of documents, monographs, scientific and informative aids and digital multimedia presentations<\/li><li>Research, design and implementation of applicative software in the field of operation of DARSM<\/li><li>Digitization of archive material held in DARSM<\/li><li>Library work, i.e. research, acquisition, storage and publishing of newspapers, magazines and books and their preservation through restoration and
