M.Sc. Dimitar Bogeski, Director of the State Archives, and Blagoja Ralpovski, President of the Union of Administration and State Services (SADU), officially signed an individual collective agreement providing a 7% salary increase, starting in March, with gradual implementation over the next three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This agreement represents a significant step toward improving the status and working conditions of archivists and administrative staff. It is a clear confirmation of the institution\u2019s commitment to its human resources and to the continuous advancement of archival activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the signing of the agreement, a strong message is sent that the work and professional dedication of the employees are valued.
