           Exhibition \u201cThe figure and opus of Slobodan Mihajloski - Dan\u010de\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State Archives took part in the OPEN Agenda of International Archive Council events International Council on Archives (ICA) as a part of marking the international archives week with the presentation of the exhibition \u201cThe figure and opus of Slobodan Mihajloski - Dan\u010de\u201d. This exhibition is aimed at marking the memory and trace that this artist Slobodan Mihajloski - Dan\u010de from Prilep has made and left in fine arts. It is about well-known painter, art pedagogue and music lover, part of the generation of young artists who were educated and worked immediately after the World War II. As one of the students of Lazar Li\u010denoski, whose works made in oil technique (on canvas, hardboard, cardboard, and plywood), pastels, pencil drawings, decorate institutions, homes, in the country and abroad. He helped in preserving cityscapes of Prilep and landscapes of the rural environment of the Prilep region, the Marko\u2019s towers and the surrounding area, and the old city architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State Archives, with the handover of the permanent legacy of his opus, has the opportunity to preserve it and leave it as a legacy for future generations, but also to present it more closely to all researchers of fine arts in Macedonia. The exhibition will be opened on June 8, 2022, in the premises of the State Archives of the Republic of North Macedonia - Prilep Department. Through this event, the State Archives contributes internationally to the affirmation of the International Archives Week, being one of the world archives that created popular events for the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
