N\u00eb pajtim me Rregulloren, shtetasit dhe hulumtuesit e huaj mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Arkiv me ftes\u00eb t\u00eb tij, me propozim t\u00eb autoriteteve shtet\u00ebrore nga Republika e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe n\u00ebse vet\u00eb ato paralajm\u00ebrohen.
