Dimitar Bogeski, zyrtarisht mori detyr\u00ebn nga paraardh\u00ebsi i tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr drejtorin Bogeski, kjo pozit\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb privilegj, por detyr \u2013 me q\u00ebllimin e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00ebn e Arkivit transparente, t\u00eb hapur, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe t\u00eb arritshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt. Ai shprehu mir\u00ebnjohjen e tij ndaj drejtoresh\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme p\u00ebr angazhimin dhe kontributin e saj n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e kaluar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkivi si institucion z\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebs i historis\u00eb dhe identitetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, duke siguruar vazhdim\u00ebsi midis t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, t\u00eb tashmes dhe t\u00eb ardhmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb vite q\u00eb nj\u00eb person nga radh\u00ebt e punonj\u00ebsve vjen n\u00eb krye t\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicioni kaq prestigjioz - me 19 vjet p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune, i cili ka kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha hapat n\u00eb institucion. Kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb pa\u00e7muar dhe do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb kap\u00ebrcimin e t\u00eb gjitha sfidave me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen punonj\u00ebsit dhe p\u00ebrdoruesit e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Arkivit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i drejtorit t\u00eb ri \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Arkivi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar ide dhe zgjidhje t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pun\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb efikase. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shtylla e institucionit dhe p\u00ebrkushtimi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebsi i zhvillimit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drejtori Bogeski beson n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, q\u00ebllimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritja e Arkivit n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb - si nj\u00eb institucion modern q\u00eb do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb dixhitalizim, qasje m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb dokumenteve, forcimin e rolit shkencor dhe arsimor, si dhe promovimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore p\u00ebr publikun vendas dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkivi Shtet\u00ebror mbetet nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb garanton kujtes\u00ebn e shtetit dhe nd\u00ebrton besimin e qytetar\u00ebve. Me energji dhe vizion t\u00eb ri, ai do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb themel i dijes dhe nj\u00eb ur\u00eb lidh\u00ebse drejt s\u00eb ardhmes.
