Delegacioni i Arkivit Shtet\u00ebror, i udh\u00ebhequr nga drejtori mr. Arkivi i Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00ebs ishte nikoqir i k\u00ebtij takimi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin u diskutua p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje me interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt q\u00eb lidhen me materialin arkivor dhe proceset e sukcesionit, me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb digjitalizimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drejtoresha e Arkivit t\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00ebs, Danijela Mrda, theksoi se takime t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr avancimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet shteteve pasardh\u00ebse, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Aneksit D t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr sukcesionin, ku n\u00eb fokus jan\u00eb digjitalizimi i materialit arkivor dhe rritja e qasjes n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si nj\u00eb nga projektet ky\u00e7e u ve\u00e7ua digjitalizimi i fondit t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb FNRJ-s\u00eb, me \u00e7\u2019rast u arrit marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb shtetet pasardh\u00ebse t\u00eb marrin kopje digjitale t\u00eb materialit arkivor dhe ta p\u00ebrdorin at\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutimeve u hap edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e ndarjes dhe qasjes n\u00eb fonde t\u00eb caktuara arkivore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe materialin filmik, si dhe sfidat q\u00eb lidhen me mbrojtjen dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre. U theksua se \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb lidhen me sukcesionin e materialit arkivor p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb proces kompleks, i cili k\u00ebrkon bashk\u00ebpunim dhe mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit theksuan se digjitalizimi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb instrument ky\u00e7 p\u00ebr sigurimin e qasjes n\u00eb materialin arkivor dhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen e tij afatgjat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa takime t\u00eb tilla kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb arritjen e p\u00ebrparimit konkret n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
