Me pranim-dor\u00ebzimin e dokumentacionit personal t\u00eb kompanive n\u00eb falimentim dhe likuidim nga depot e Arkivit  Shtet\u00ebror  n\u00eb Fondin e  SPIMV,do  t\u00eb kompletohen t\u00eb  dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb regjistrat p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb filluan nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb p\u00ebr fitimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr pension . Me k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb leht\u00ebsohet  procedura  p\u00ebr marrjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira  n\u00eb formularin M4 dhe do t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm koh\u00ebzgjatjen e procedur\u00ebs dhe shpenzimet e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkivi Shtet\u00ebror me dor\u00ebzimin e k\u00ebtij  dokumentaci personal n\u00eb  Fondin e  SPIMV, i cili paraqet  material dokumentar me nj\u00eb afat ruajtjeje  prej 45 vitesh, do t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb depot e saj p\u00ebr pranimin  e materialit t\u00eb ri arkivor nga poseduesit  publik (Qeveria, Parlamenti, Ministrit\u00eb , Vet\u00ebqeverisja lokale dhe organet e tjera
