Naim Frash\u00ebri lindi m\u00eb 25 maj 1846 n\u00eb Frash\u00ebr t\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit. Ka qen\u00eb humanist, poet i shquar, autor, publicist, p\u00ebrkthyes dhe njoh\u00ebs i shum\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr shkrimtar\u00ebt dhe nism\u00ebtar\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare. M\u00ebsimet e para i mori n\u00eb vendlindje, ku m\u00ebsoi persishten e vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb teqen\u00eb bektashiane. Mbaroi gjimnazin grek \u201eZosimea\u201d m\u00eb 1865 n\u00eb Janin\u00eb ku edhe u shp\u00ebrngul me familjen. Ishte njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs dhe filozofis\u00eb klasike greke e romake. Njihte idet\u00eb e iluminizmit fran\u00e7ez dhe Revolucionit borgjez fran\u00e7ez . M\u00ebsoi shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja si turqishten, arabishten, persishten, greqishten, frengjishten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si n\u00ebnpun\u00ebs dhe intelektual i Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, me pozita t\u00eb larta n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn osmane, ai ishte i pari q\u00eb e nxorri lejen p\u00ebr themelimin e M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtores s\u00eb par\u00eb shqipe dhe t\u00eb Gramatik\u00ebs s\u00eb Konstandin Kristoforidhit. Mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ngjarjet e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit, n\u00eb mbledhjen e deg\u00ebve t\u00eb Jugut t\u00eb Lidhjes Shqiptare n\u00eb Frash\u00ebr (1878). \u00cbsht\u00eb autor i gjithsej nj\u00ebzet\u00eb e dy veprave: kat\u00ebr n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn osmane, dy n\u00eb persisht, dy n\u00eb greqisht dhe pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Ishte p\u00ebrkthyesi i par\u00eb i Kur anit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Shkrimet e tij jan\u00eb me nj\u00eb frazeologji dhe fjalor shum\u00eb t\u00eb pasur, t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e past\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit. R\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i kushtonte nd\u00ebrgjegjes s\u00eb njeriut, ngritjes morale dhe lumturis\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore. Shkrimet e tij afirmonin besimin dhe dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr Zotin, dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun, popullin dhe njer\u00ebzimin, pun\u00ebn dhe zhvillimin intelektual, emancipimin e gruas, qeverisjen demokratike, paqen dhe miq\u00ebsin\u00eb me shtetet e tjera. Respektonte dhe admironte cil\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebrparimtare dhe kultur\u00ebn e popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Gjithashtu ngriti lart cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe traditat komb\u00ebtare; bes\u00ebn, trim\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe bujarin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naim Frash\u00ebri nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb m\u00eb 20 tetor 1900 n\u00eb Stamboll n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 54 vje\u00e7are, i pik\u00eblluar nga malli p\u00ebr atdhe q\u00eb nuk arriti ta shoh\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb.\nEshtrat e tij u soll\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri me rastin e 25 vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, m\u00eb 2 qershor 1937. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e tij shum\u00eb shkolla dhe institucione n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe jasht\u00eb saj mbajn\u00eb emrin e tij.
