Poseduesit dhe krijuesit e materialit arkivore kategorizohen sipas koh\u00ebs, vendit, rolit n\u00eb funksionimin n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, politike, ekonomike dhe kulturore. Fondet arkivore do t\u00eb formohen nga materialet arkivore t\u00eb dhuruara, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb studiuesve n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen dhe prej tyre do t\u00eb dalin botime t\u00eb vlefshme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e historis\u00eb politike, historis\u00eb s\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, historis\u00eb kulturore etj.
