N\u00eb Kuvend mori pjes\u00eb edhe Abdyl Frash\u00ebri si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i lidhjes shqiptare p\u00ebr vilajetin e Janin\u00ebs, i cili e hartoi rezolut\u00ebn q\u00eb do ti dor\u00ebzohej sulltanit n\u00eb Stamboll. Rezoluta p\u00ebrmbante pes\u00eb pikat q\u00eb u parashtruan n\u00eb programin e Komitetit t\u00eb Stambollit: formimi i Vilajetit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, krijimi i administrat\u00ebs me n\u00ebnpun\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb, zhvillimi i arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, zbatimi i reformave nga Asambleja e Madhe Komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb buxhetit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e arsimit. N\u00eb rezolut\u00eb thuhej q\u00eb nj\u00eb delegacion i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga personalitete t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, do t\u00eb merrte p\u00eblqimin me shkrim nga t\u00eb gjitha sanxhaqet dhe kazat\u00eb shqiptare dhe do t\u00eb paraqiste rezolut\u00ebn brenda 1 muaji deri te Porta e Lart\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb delegacion ishin: Iljaz pash\u00eb Dibra, Sheh Mustafa Tetova, Hasan pash\u00eb Prizreni, Mustafa pash\u00eb Vlora, Abedin bej Dino, Mehmet Ali Vrioni, Sabri Gjirokastra, Mihail Kristo, Abdyl Frash\u00ebri etj.
