In the period 26-28 September 2019, at the invitation of the Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Albanian Institute in Tirana, Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Muzafer Bislimi takes part in the international conference organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the death of the first Prime Minister of independent Albania, Ismail Qemali, entitled: "Ismail Kemal Vlora and the Albanian political elite in the process of state building".
The topic of his paper was: "Two interviews by Ismail Kemal Vlora for the Viennese newspapers Zeit and Neues winener Tagblatt (July 1911)".
