Today, the Director of the State Archives, Mr. Dimitar Bogeski, attended the official presentation of the digital collection of inscriptions and stories PROMETHEUS, available on the website https://prometheus-epigraphy.eu/. The event was held at the National Archaeological Museum in Skopje, organized by the museum and the Faculty of Philosophy at the ‘Ss. Cyril and Methodius’ University, with the support of Creative Europe, as well as national institutions from Macedonia, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
The presentation of this digital platform represents an important step in the modern showcasing of cultural and historical heritage. The State Archives supports digitization and such projects, which enable greater accessibility to cultural sources and contribute to the advancement of scientific and professional work.
