The book "The Debar-Ohrid September Uprising of 1913", authored by the deputy director of the State Archives, prof. Dr. Muzaffer Bislimi, was promoted in front of many citizens from the municipality of Debar and representatives of various institutions, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
The promotion included an address by Mr. Hekuran Duka, the Mayor of the Municipality of Debar and host of the event, the promoters Kendresa Pachuku and Dr. Nikola Mitrović and the author Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Bislimi. In his address, the author emphasized that the State Archives will continue to research and publish documents about the near and distant past, while expressing confidence that this book will attract the attention of readers not only from Debar, but also beyond. The edition will be available to the scientific public and readers soon, and this will be announced on the website of the State Archives.
The event was organized as a cooperation of the Municipality of Debar and the State Archives, and this cooperation will continue with collaborative initiatives aimed at promoting the history of the Debar region.
