The deputy director of the State Archives, professor Dr. Muzafer Bislimi, had a work meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Mr. Besnik Emshiu, where they have agreed the cooperation. During the meeting it was agreed that the State Archives shall provide help in expert personnel in arranging and systematizing the archive documents owned by the Municpality of Bogovinje, which shall be then transferred for keeping to the State Archives - the Department of Tetovo.
They also discussed the possibility for realization of joint projects and mutual support on an institutionalized level in the publishing area and preparing exhibitions. The deputy director, professor Dr. Muzafer Bislimi presented the mayor Besnik Emshiu with the latest editions of the State Archives, including Ottoman documents, birth registers of the population from 1831/32, which cover the populated places in the Municpality of Bogovinje.
The conclusions of the meeting foresee a new meeting in the State Archives, where the initiatives of the joint projects shall be discussed.
