On November 28, 2023, in the premises of the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians, a working visit was held between the Director of the State Archives Dr. Emil Krsteski, accompanied by the Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Muzafer Bislimi, the head of the Translation and Proofreading Department, Ms. Irfete Ibrahimi, with the director of the Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians, Skender Asani. At the meeting, the representatives from the two institutions discussed joint projects and the initiative to conclude a Memorandum on mutual cooperation. As a sign of inter-institutional cooperation between the two institutions, the State Archives donated 110 copies of publications to the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians.
