On November 11, 2025 (Tuesday) at 12:00 PM, the exhibition “The Consular Representations of Montenegro 1880–1914” will be opened at the National Museum of the Macedonian Struggle for Independence. The exhibition has been prepared by the State Archives of Montenegro and features over 200 documents and photographs showcasing the work of Montenegro’s consular representations in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Brazil, and other countries around the world. The exhibition was curated by Mr. Vukota Vukotić and Jelena Nikolić, archivists from the State Archives of Montenegro. The event is organized with the support of the National Museum of the Macedonian Struggle for Independence. The exhibition will be on display for seven days and will be open to all interested visitors.
The speakers at the event will be Prof. Dr. Nataša Kotlar-Trajkova, Director of the State Archives, H.E. Zoran Miljanić, Ambassador of the Republic of Montenegro in Skopje, Danilo Mrvaljević, Director of the State Archives of Montenegro, and Mr. Vukota Vukotić, one of the exhibition’s curators.
