Yesterday, a collegium meeting was held at the State Archives, where, with full openness and strong momentum, the most pressing challenges facing the institution were discussed—issues that for many years had not been addressed in a systematic manner. It was emphasized that all employees, together with the regional departments, are an inseparable part of the process of finding solutions. Through shared commitment, professionalism, and teamwork, clear steps are being set to overcome existing conditions and to improve the overall functioning of the institution. A strong message of unity and trust was conveyed, along with the conviction that the Archives possess the knowledge, capacity, and people who are capable and competent. With the support of all organizational levels, we will succeed in restoring the dignity and reputation of the State Archives.
