The State Archives today hosted third-year students, administrator profile, from the City of Skopje Secondary School “Shaip Jusufi” in the Municipality of Shuto Orizari, who participated in a training on office and archival operations, accompanied by their teacher Ivona Jakimovska. Also visiting the State Archives was Ms. Elizabeta J. Radanović, MA, advisor for the economics, law, and trade sector at the Center for Vocational Education and Training— the institution that enabled the certification of 19 employees as Archive educators during 2025.
On behalf of the Director of the State Archives, Mr. Dimitar Bogeski, MA, the archival educators employed at the Archive first welcomed the students to the institution. During the meeting with the students, they emphasized that the students would receive support throughout their education through practical training and continuous communication.
Boban Trajchevski from the Sector for Inspection Supervision, Professional Oversight, and Assistance to Record Holders was the facilitator of the training, whose content complements the students’ skills. At the end of the training, the participating students had the opportunity to complete an anonymous questionnaire through which they shared their own opinions about the content and the presentation methods used. The advisor from the Center for Vocational Education and Training (CVET), Ms. Elizabeta J. Radanović, MA, expressed words of praise for the organization of the training and for archival education in general. The archival educators indicated that this process would continue in the coming period, introducing as many practical applications of theoretical knowledge as possible for the interested students.
As a socially responsible institution, the State Archives will always remain open to students in order to help them acquire and deepen their knowledge and develop skills that will benefit them in the future.
