The Director of the State Archives, Dr. Emil Krsteski, had a meeting with the Bulgarian Ambassador to the country, HE Angel Angelov.
Director Krsteski informed the Ambassador about the functioning of the State Archive and its organizational structure, emphasizing the excellent cooperation so far with the State Agency "Archives" of the Republic of Bulgaria and the tendency to deepen and supplement the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two archives, which is concluded in 2017 in order to implement the common interests in the field of archiving.
Having in mind the common scientific and professional interest, the director Dr. Emil Krsteski emphasized the openness and the desire of the State Archive for publishing joint publications with the State Agency "Archives" of the Republic of Bulgaria and exchange of experts. Ambassador Angelov stressed that for the establishment of easier and permanent international cooperation in the future, the embassy will give its contribution and will be a kind of bridge between the two institutions.
