Within the traditionally good cooperation and the current Cooperation Agreement with the State Agency of Archives of Kosovo, a delegation from that Archive on March 28 visited the State Archives in Skopje and met with Dr. Emil Krsteski, Director, and Dr. Muzafer Bislimi, Deputy Director.
The delegation from the State Archives Agency of Kosovo was led by Mr. Bedri Ziberaj, Director, who was accompanied by Ms. Shpresa Mekaj, Director of the Development Policy Department, and Mr. Besim Pireva. The work meeting with the delegation from Kosovo was also attended by Minister-Counsellor, Mr. Vlorat Gashi, at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Skopje.
During the visit, Dr. Emil Krsteski and Dr. Muzafer Bislimi had the honour to talk with Mr. Bedri Ziberaj about the activities that the two archivе institutions have had in the past period and the opportunities for the realization of specific common projects, which will mean common publications, actually collections of documents and common archive exhibitions.
The delegation from Kosovo was presented with the way of working in our Archive, as well as the newly formed Department for arranging and processing archive material from the Ottoman period, and also was visited the memorial house of Mother Teresa.
