Within the framework of the manifestation "Scientific and cultural meetings - Ten days of the Republic of Kruševo", on August 1, 2023, at 19:20 in front of the Macedonium in Kruševo, the exhibition "120 years of the Ilinden Uprising - archival memory" will be opened, with which the State Archives joins the commemoration of the 120th anniversary of the Ilinden epic.
The exhibition abounds with more than 300 archival documents and photographs displayed on 20 exhibition panels through which flow the names of revolutionaries who, with their own sacrifice, invested in the long road to the statehood of our country.
The authors of the exhibition try to show the continuous efforts of the State Archives in more than 70 years of existence to find new facts contained in archival documentation about the Macedonian revolutionary movement formed at the end of the XIX century, which in turn will result in the organization and raising of the Ilindensko uprising at the beginning of the 20th century.
The documents are part of the archival funds kept in the State Archives, and were taken from the archives in Istanbul, Sofia, Belgrade in the form of microfilms or photocopied archival material.
Документите говорат многу суштински за: Македонската револуционерна организација, нејзиното создавање, церемониите на заколнување на членството, дисциплината и солидарноста на движечката сила на Организацијата, целокупната структурна поделеност, познатите војводи и револуционери, подготовките за Илинденското востание, текот и клучните вооружени борби со турската војска, последиците и активностите кои следувале по востанието, конзулските известувања, светскиот интерес прикажан во печатените медиуми, затворените и амнестирани илинденци, заложбите на македонското население во зачувувањето на меморијата за големата саможртва, за АСНОМ – вториот Илинден со кој се темелеше македонската државност, почитта кон преживеаните илинденци, законите за Илинденска споменица и илинденска пензија, за овековечувањето на илинденските војводи со споменичните обележја итн. Нека ни е честит и вековит 2 Август – Денот на Илинденското востание!
