A working meeting was held yesterday at the Regional Department Skopje with representatives from the regional departments, dedicated to improving work, exchanging experiences and strengthening team cooperation. The meeting focused on issues related to daily work processes, the challenges faced by the regional departments, as well as on the opportunities for improving the efficiency and quality of services. The exchange of practical experiences and opinions contributed to a common understanding of the situation and defining directions for further work. This will be regular practice in the future, as it is of utmost importance for the institution to be in constant contact with the regional departments. In this way, not only is a direct connection maintained with the employees, but also continuity and smooth flow of processes are ensured. Such meetings represent a significant step towards strengthening the team, better coordination and improving the overall functioning of the institution. Additionally, they create space for new ideas and initiatives that will contribute to modernization and even greater transparency in work.
