With the aim of strengthening the working atmosphere and ensuring continuous monitoring of work processes, a working collegium was held yesterday at the Regional Department of the State Archives – Ohrid, with the heads of departments.
The meeting was dedicated to enhancing teamwork, fostering the exchange of opinions and experiences, and reinforcing a positive and motivating working environment. Through such initiatives, we seek to underscore that employees are central to the State Archives and remain our highest priority, as their effort, expertise, and commitment have made all achievements to date possible.
