Within the traditionally good interstate cooperation, an initiative was given for establishing cooperation between our State Archive and the Archive of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As a result of the mentioned initiative and the desire of both parties for good inter-archival cooperation, prof. Dr. Adamir Jerkovic, Director of the Archives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on November 28, 2019 visited our State Archives and met with the Director Dr. Emil Krsteski.
At the meeting, a proposal was made for signing a memorandum of cooperation between the two archival institutions and it was agreed that Dr. Emil Krsteski to visit Sarajevo and open an exhibition on the history of the Macedonian people through archival documents. Dr. Emil Krsteski accepted the proposal of Dr. Jerkovic on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre, in July 2020 in Skopje to organize an exhibition at the Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina in connection with that event.
