A three-day session of the Archive Committee of the Alliance is underway at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, which is attended by the director of the State Archives, Dr. Emil Krsteski, and the head of the Department for International Cooperation, Svetlana Usprtsova. At the workshop discusses several topics dedicated to the systems for the protection of archive NATO documents and their classification, with a special reference to the KFOR Mission and the project for the digitization of the documents of the League of Nations, since its foundation in 1918 until 1945. The Platform of the organization and functioning of the United Nations Archives in Geneva and the cooperation with the NATO Archives Committee, as well as the experiences of the USA and France regarding the protection of documents in step with new technologies and systems and artificial intelligence, were presented at the meeting.
