The director of the Archives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Hajrudin Cupriya, visited the State Archives today. There he met with the deputy director of the State Archives, Dr. Muzafer Bislimi, who introduced him to the organogram, structure and way of functioning of the State Archives. This meeting between the representatives of the two institutions is significant in realizing further steps of cooperation between the State Archive and the Archive of the Federation of Bosna and Herzergovina.
The meeting discussed the possibility of signing a memorandum of concrete cooperation, with the aim of starting mutual cooperation in the field of research, digitization, exchange of experts and joint future projects that will result in publications and exhibitions.
The delegation from the Archive of the Federation of Bosna and Herzergovina had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the Department for Information Technology and Digitization of Archival Material, the Department for Conservation and Restoration of Archival Material and the Department for Arranging and Processing - Ottoman Period.
