The director of the State Archives, Mr. Hrista Najdanov, MA, and the head of the Sector, Ms. Elisaveta Markovikj, MA, had the initial official meeting and discussions with the director of the National Archives of the Czech Republic, Dr. Milan Vojáček, and the Director of the Department for Archives Administration, Dr. Daniel Doležal in Prgue.
"At the meetings we've exchanged opinions and experiences in the field of research and preservation of archive documents, and the process of digitization of historic materials. At the same time, it was agreed that a Memorandum of Cooperation should be signed as soon as possible, to enable improved contact, and provide and opportunity for implementation of projects in multiple fields of the archive practice" - said director Hrista Najdanov, after the meetings and talks with the top officials of the National Archives of the Czech Republic.
The Prague meetings and discussions were also attended by our Ambassador, Dr. Emil Krsteski.
