Today the State Archives was visited by the Director of the State Archives of Montenegro, Danilo Mrvaljevic, who held a working meeting with the director of the State Archives, Dr. Natasa Kotlar-Trajkova. They exchanged opinions regarding the need to extend the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in 2021, and the experiences regarding the preparation of archive workers.
Mrvaljevic and Kotlar-Trajkova agreed in principle on events in Skopje and Cetinje in 2025, on the occasion of the Statehood Day of Montenegro and the Independence Day of Republic of North Macedonia.
Both institutions are committed to the promotion of Macedonian and Montenegrin history. which share the same course during certain periods.
