The State Archives and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund are broadening their cooperation in the interest of the citizens, and for that purpose, the respective directors Dr. Natasa Kotlar-Trajkova and Nikola Memov signed a Memorandum of agreement yesterday. The Memorandum is actually aimed towards strengthening and broadening of their cooperation in the area of protection and exchange of data about the beneficiaries of the pension and disability insurance. The future joint activities foresee digitization of the documentary material of the State Archives, which contains data about the beneficiaries of pension and disability insurance of the legal entities which ceased their activities due to bankruptcy or liquidation. The second important novelty is the update and entry of data contained in the documentary materials pertaining to the work experience of the beneficiaries of pension and disability insurance.
Both institutions have a responsible approach in solving this problem through mutual coordination, thus allowing the citizens to access all the available information about their workexperience.
