In a period of March 20 until 25, 2022, the Deputy Director of the State Archives, Dr. Muzafer Bislimi, together with Klimentina Ivanovska, MA, Head of Department, and Irfete Ibraimi, MA, Head of Department, carried out scientific research work in the main directorate of the State Archives of the Republic of Albania, among other things, researched several funds.
During the scientific research stay, had a meeting with the director of the General Directorate of the State Archives of the Republic of Albania, Dr. Ardit Bido, which reached an agreement on 110th anniversary, a jubilee of the Uprising in Debar of 1913, depending on the available documents, to organize a common exhibition of documents and pictures about the Debar Uprising, and if possible, issue a joint edition of documents about it. The idea has been accepted, and they will be organized depending on the documents available at the Archives of Albania for this event.
For the same purpose, a meeting was held with the director of the National Museum of the Republic of Albania, Dr. Dorian Koci, so that, if they have documentation or other material related to the above title and the museum accepts, he may hand over those materials to us.
During the stay, the deputy director Dr. Muzafer Bislimi also held separate meetings in other institutions, namely with the director of the Institute of History, Dr. Afrim Krasniqi, with academicians Marenglen Verli, Neritan Ceka and Adem Bunguri. All the documents that have been researched, have been taken in the form of DVD and they will be handed over to SARNM.
